About Our House Minding Services
Claire and John are based in the beautiful Cotswolds. We are proud to offer you our trustworthy and reliable bespoke alternative to traditional house sitters in the UK. We use our mobile home we provide a reliable, bespoke personalised home monitoring and visual deterrent service you can trust to oversee your home from opportunistic crime whilst you are away.
We will park our motor home on your drive and live there whilst you are away and NOT in your home as we respect your privacy and confidentiality.
Unlike traditional house-sitters, we stay in our self-contained, modern campervan parked right on your driveway or property grounds. All we require is a relatively flat, off-road parking space preferably with an electrical and cold water utilities. We will only enter your home to carry out any pre agreed, specific services.
We are both DBS cleared- Claire’s Enhanced DBS clearance will be renewed on XX 202X and John’s standard DBS lasts until XX 202X.
It is important to note that we are not a security service. Our presence at your property acts as a visual deterrent, and if we see anything suspicious we will promptly contact the police. However, we will not engage with any perpetrators.
